How long does it take to receive my order?
How long does it take to receive my order?
It usually takes about 10-13 business days from the moment the order is placed, to receiving it.
This is because it takes 2-3 days to print and package the shirt, then another 7-10 days for the package to ship to you, depending on where you are in the United States.
(Sorry international, we aren't shipping outside the country yet)
Why United States Only?
Why United States Only?
Since Brekky Threads is in such an early stage, it makes the most sense to keep Brekky as a national brand for now.
Once we grow a bit more, we'll open those international doors!
Where is my order? (Tracking)
Where is my order? (Tracking)
A package tracking number is sent out in the purchase email, and can provide you with shipping updates!
HOWEVER, the order needs to be processed first, which is an internal task for Brekky (Printing, packaging, prepping for shipping, etc). That can take a few days, and won't show up when looking up the tracking number. Please look out for emails from us about the status of your order!

Why does Brekky use Print on Demand?
Why does Brekky use Print on Demand?
Great question! For a smaller business, print on demand makes it easy to control inventory and keep costs low while we grow.
This is outlined more in the About page!

Some Notes About On Demand Printing
Brekky Threads is a new company, and takes advantage of a process called "Print On Demand" fulfillment. Once an order is made it is sent to the printer who then sources all the materials needed to create your Brekky threads just for you, every time. And that's pretty neat! Here's why.
Pro's:
- There's very little waste. With large inventory there's potential for waste when an idea gets scrapped, and this way we are only using what we need, when we need it.
- Its nice for a small business, because there's no need to store large amounts of clothing. (Although my cat might enjoy a cardboard box castle, I am not a cardboard king)
Con's:
- It costs a little bit more. The cost of holding inventory is instead on the printer, so they pass it on to us. Once Brekky Threads grows more, we can get our own inventory and balance out that cost.
- It takes a little longer to arrive. Each item is created per order, so that neat Taiga t-shirt needs to be made, instead of pulled off a shelf
That said, I hope you enjoy what I'm making and aren't bothered by the points above. I'll see you out there!
