To measure your chest width, wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest - typically this is around your pecs / boobs. For torso length, measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to where you want the shirt to end - usually you can get a good idea by starting where the edge of the collar might rest on top of your shoulder.
